What I Do
short answer: a lot. long answer: scroll
Most people on a call sheet do one job. I've done most of them, on both sides of the brief. That means you can hand me a budget or a blank page and get the same energy back. Based in London, made in Italy, sharpened in the US. I work across all three markets and translate between them.
pillar one
The Full Ladder, Explicitly
I've done every rung, so I run sets that actually run.
Production isn't a title, it's a muscle. I've built call sheets at midnight, wrangled crews across time zones and carried the gear up the stairs. Now I run the whole machine, but I still know what every seat on set needs before they ask.
- End-to-end production of shoots, campaigns and events
- Production management: budgets, schedules, crewing, logistics
- Coordination: call sheets, releases, locations, travel, the glue
- On-set support at any level when your team needs hands that know the job
pillar two
Concepts and Visual Worlds
I don't decorate briefs. I build the thing people screenshot.
Creative direction that survives contact with a real budget, because I'm also the person who has to produce it. Concept, treatment, casting eye, and a deck your client actually reads to the end.
- Campaign and content concepts
- Treatments and pitch decks
- Creative direction on set
- Visual identity for shoots, drops and launches

VHS / iPhone. Shot and Edited By Me.
When a project wants texture instead of polish, I shoot it myself on VHS or iPhone and cut it myself. It's the fastest route from idea to something that feels alive, and it's available inside every pillar above.
texture beats polish
pillar three
Inside Culture, Not Pointing At It
Brands don't need more posts. They need a real presence in the rooms their audience is already in.
I help brands become a believable part of the scenes they want to reach. Strategy first: what you stand for, where you belong, who you show up with. Then the machine that keeps it alive, from content production to community. I grew up between Italian, American and British culture, so I notice what travels and what gets lost in translation.
- Cultural strategy and consultancy
- Cultural embedding: partnerships, scenes, communities, moments
- Social media management and content production, run as part of the cultural work
- Market translation: adapting campaigns across IT / US / UK audiences
